CY23FS04ZXI-4 Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 166.7MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.5V 3.3V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator.
