SI5335A-B07829-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found.
