SI5335A-B07637-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
