SI5335A-B04980-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
