SI5335A-B07427-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
