SI5394B-A10988-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. In this clock generator, LVCMOS is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator is a classification for the electronic part in question.
