SI5335A-B07390-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
