SI5335A-B07353-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
