PL500-16SC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 18MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.25V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS, TTL logic that can be used with this clock generator. It has been classified as a Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. A 8 pin is available on the PLL.
