SI5335A-B07340-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
