SI5335A-B06958-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
