SI5335A-B06838-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
