The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
