SI5335A-B06164-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
