SI5340D-D08995-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
