SI5335A-B05999-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
