SI5335B-B05157-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
