SI5332D-D-AM3R Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal, LVCMOS as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 2 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.46V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C TA to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
