SI5332C-D-AM3R Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal, LVCMOS as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 2 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.46V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C TA to ensure reliable performance. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
