SI5332B-D-AM2R Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock, Crystal, LVCMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 2 circuits is required in order to fully utili2e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz.
