Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
