PQ1R27 Overview
As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. A voltage of 2.7V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 80°C is set at a high level. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -30°C. Using a unique technique, it is possible to permit the dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum input voltage. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 3.7V is provided.
