LTC3315AHV#TRPBF Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. The space-saving 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz~3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.25V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.5V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 2A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
