SI-8001FFE Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. There is a TO-220-5 Full Pack (Formed Leads) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 300kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3.5A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 40V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 15V. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 800mV. With a maximum output voltage of 24V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
