MIC4576-5.0BU Overview
As a result of the use of the Bulk package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator with this 240 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts.
