BU2381FV-E2 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 225 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 114.5MHz maximum. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -5°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Generators device. The thermal destruction of an element may result from an excess of supply current (higher than 50mA).
