ICS514MLFT Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Cut Tape (CT). Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 140MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.5V for normal operation. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. Clock generator is designed with 8 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C.
