BD7672BG-GTR Overview
An embedded ac to dc converter is included in SOT-23-6 package.There is a AC/DC power converter of Cut Tape (CT) available.The AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .The ac dc converter needs to be operated at -40°C~85°C TA °C in order to perform.The AC DC converter utilizes a type SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.In this AC to DC transformer, the switching frequency is 65kHz .Supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd) does not need to exceed 8.5V~25V .In total, it has 6 terminations.It is suitable for mounting by Surface Mount .Based on a unique technique, the input voltage can be ensured to have the maximal value of 26V .An amount of current of 1A is the maximum that can be supplied to the ac to dc inverter.
