AP3105VKTR-BG1 Overview
This ac to dc converter is embedded in package SOT-23-6 .The ac dc converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There is a AC/DC converter mounted in the way of Surface Mount .It is recommended that the ac dc converter be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ in order to ensure its performance.When the switching frequency reaches 65kHz , the circuit is closed.As long as the supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd) is within the range of 10V~25V , the AC/DC converter may be used.Surface Mount is the recommended mounting method for the ac dc converters.It is provided with SOT-23-6 pacakge.A maximum value 150°C ensures that the AC to DC power converter runs steadily.This isolated switch's minimum working temperature must not be less than -40°C .
