For ease of voltage regulators' transportation, it is packaged in 80-UFBGA, CSPBGA boxes.We have Cut Tape (CT) packages ready for shipping.There are a total of 17 outputs supported by the voltage regulator.In order to prevent malfunctions, it is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -35°C~85°C.Mounting on PCBs or other boards is possible with the Surface Mount on the board.
