BD4949G-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. Power management has a total of 5 pins. The pins of the power management system count 5. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD49. The maximum supply temperature is 1.8μA. A PMIC from the well-known BD49xxx series of products is being offered here.
