Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD49, the base power ics number. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.68μA. It is one of the well-known BD49xxx series power ic line.
