MAX6421XS22+T Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 4 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 2.5μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6421, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
