BD4931FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. When 2.9V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BD49, which is the base power ics number. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.53μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD49xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
