XC1765ELSO8C Overview
FPGA uses a nice 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Tube external packaging.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.OTP allows for programmability.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered. There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount. There is a limit of 65kb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.3.3V is the voltage it requires as a supply.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly. This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip. The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.Parts come with 8 pins set.Memory features USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS to better serve the need.
