FPGA uses a nice 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that makes FPGA easy to use.The external packaging of Tube is made of Tube plastic.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.Serial EEPROM allows for programmability.A voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V is applied to it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 256Kb bytes.Device package 20-PLCC (9x9) would be the one provided by the supplier of this part.
