UC29431D Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.39% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -25°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 800μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.3V.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of 8-SOIC is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
