AP431IBNTR-G1 Overview
There is a handy package TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference. An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±1%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.Input can be entered on a Adjustable form. The temperature should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering. If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C TA range of work.It is able to handle 100mA input applications.Applicable to Surface Mount applications. The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 36V.Cathode currents should be 100μA in most cases. Its lowest output voltage is 2.5V.In this case, 2.5V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.
