TPS62313YZDR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-VFBGA, DSBGA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 3MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.8V. As a result of the 500mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 6V.
