ISL9104IRUCZ-T7A Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFDFN package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 4.3MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.8V volts. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 500mA output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 6V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family ISL9104. A voltage of 0.8V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In addition to adding efficiency and stability to the harley voltage regulator, the ALSO HAS PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature brings even greater benefits.
