Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 28V.
