Its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~6.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device can operate at temperatures up to -30°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 25V.
