SN74S139ANSR Overview
Due to the fact that it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), digital switch allows the board to be compacted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents its packaging.For mounting, digital switch ic uses the method Surface Mount.In the multiplexers, the analog IC is indicated by Decoder/Demultiplexer.As long as the operating temperature is 0°C~70°C, turn signal switch will not be influenced by external factors.A supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Multiplexers from the 74S series can be used in a wide range of applications.Among its basic features are 16 terminations.For multiplexer's system, 5V voltage is supplied.As the end of conductors, it uses GULL WING.The logic switch is a member of the S family.To avoid unnecessary failures, keep the supply voltage at 4.75V (Vsup).Also, it provides an improved version of the characteristics of SCHOTTKY CLAMPED FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE.
