QSE973 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) packages in order to protect them from damage. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 32V.
