PDB-V615-2 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 25V over a continuous period of time. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 100°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 350nA current.
