NCV33164D-3R2 Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
