NCP81380MNTXG Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 28-PowerTFQFN. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use at High Current DC-DC Buck Power Conversion as well as other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~125°C TA to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 4.5V~5.5V.
