NCP4202MNR2G Description
NCP4202MNR2G developed by ON Semiconductor is a type of integrated power control IC with a PMBus interface. The combination of a programmable multi-phase synchronous buck switching regulator controller with a PMBus interface achieves digital programming of key system parameters. The logic-level outputs can be driven at a programmable switching frequency based on a multi-mode PWM architecture, so as to achieve high efficiency. The NCP4202MNR2G IC is supplied in the QFN package to save board space.
