NCP112DR2G Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In a 4 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
