MPY534TD Overview
This product is packaged with Tube.A cost-effective solution has been embedded in the 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Frequently, 4-Quadrant bits per stage are used.A voltage of 15V is used for its operation.This device is supplied with a nominally negative voltage of -15V.It is occupied by a modulated radio-frequency signal in the frequency range 3MHz.There are 14 terminations designed to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line.As a result of the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, the reflow temperature limit of NOT SPECIFIED has been established.In this case, 125°C is the maximum allowable operating temperature.For normal operation, the maximum supply voltage is kept at 20V.The allowable minimum operating temperature is maintained at -55°C.The part is a well-known member of the MPY series that is used in a wide range of applications.
